Scott and his people have come through when I needed them time after time, including today in the aftermath of historic rainfall amounts. My sump pump could not keep up. Scott sent Roy over and he resized the pipe and got the pump working perfectly. Their prices are reasonable and their work is always done right. I emailed Mr. Murlin on a Wednesday night to get a rough price on having a faucet and a swap out of my old disposal and a new one installed. He emailed me his response quickly. On Thursday morning I called and he had a plumber at my house by Thursday afternoon and ON TIME to boot :). The guy was courteous, clean and quick and did an excellent job and the prices are great. I've dealt with several plumbing companies over the years and never had service like I had with Scott Murlin plumbing! I called Scott on a Tuesday morning with no water and he was out within the hour like he had told me. He was very professional and figured out the problem in no time and even explained to me the reason as to what caused my pump to go bad. After quoting me a price and explaining to me what all that entailed, I gave him the go ahead to get me fixed up and he was able to do it that same day! We had Scott Murlin replace our entire plumbing system in April of 2016 at our residence. First and foremost, Scott was truly a pleasure to work with. He made suggestions for our home that we felt improved the efficiency of our system and added safety features that gave us comfort for our family. His customer service is top notch and he is genuinely concerned with the happiness of his clients. We had our old copper system replaced with new copper after months of researching all the options. Scott's craftmanship is impeccable. His work truly looks like the work of a highly skilled artist. I'm proud to have it in my home! He replaced our drain system, as well, and made space saving alterations that will help us with remodeling. Thanks to Scott and his assistant Roy, we now have a system that drains effectively, doesn't leak, doesn't smell and doesn't make loud noises like our old system. They made our house feel more like a home. We still have work to do in remodeling our home and will gladly have Scott back to help us with those modifications. Scott Murlin is AWESOME! First off, great mannerisms and listens to your problem. I had another plumbing service out here and refused to even camera the line to truly diagnosis the problem. They wanted to excavate and do unnecessary work for a tremendously unreasonable amount of money. Scott listened to me and properly diagnosised the problem.He was fast and courtesy in all actions that needed to be taken to fix the problem. He came with a plan an executed it fast, with no bother to the rest of the household.
